Setting Expectations
The expected date of arrival should be made more clear. If I am not requesting to have prescription frames put into my glasses I should know when I'm going to receive them. I paid for express shipping for 2 days and didn't receive it for an entire week. If that was the case I would have took regular shipping because I didn't have the glasses for the occasion I needed them for anyway. However, I do still love the frames, so I'm not going to give you a one star.

Sometimes we do not have an eta on when the product will be back in stock as most of the manufacturers don't provide back ordered dates Prescription glasses take usual than longer as compared to normal frames for delivery. Not happy with the refund request process
I received the merchandise very fast, and it was in excellent condition. However I received my order on Friday 07/31/2020. On the same day day Friday 07/31/2020 I requested a refund because the sunglasses doesn’t fit my face and I still haven’t receive any refund request information and today is Tuesday 08/04/2020. Thank you.
