As a first time customer, I had a very positive experience ordering Gucci eyeglasses (non-prescription). The cost was the best for high-quality eyewear (I paid significantly more for the same pair at Cohen's. I accidentally broke the handle and purchased the frames as a replacement). Placing the order was easy and delivery was within 72 hours for free. My only complaint is that the price of my eyewear dropped by $50 the very next day and no credit was extended.

Yes I received my sunglasses the mail man was new and he delivered to the wrong address and then since you have that great tracking software which told me where exactly it had been delivered I spoke to him the next day and he went to those people's home and got my glasses which were perfect and I'm going to order another pair for my friend.

Hi, I placed my order online with no issues. My eye doctor helped me to get all the correct measurements and the prescription for my eyeglasses. The frame choices on Designer Optics were great!! I overreacted when I received an email from Designer Optics saying we've got your order and your glasses will be on their way soon. For some reason this nice message from you, made me think that my size frame was on backorder (just like the larger size that was on backorder). And I got a bit nervous and emailed to check the status in a couple days after that email from you. He answered my question via email, saying they were in the lab. This was a fine answer, but I thought again that this might just be an indirect way of saying they were on backorder. He clarified and wrote back saying they were actually in process being crafted. Unfortunately I rated him poorly because of my paranoia. Sorry. He did a fine job after all. My glasses are here now, I LOOOOVE them. My experience with Designer Optics was great, especially since I've never bought glasses online before. Now, I feel like... why would I ever pay more and buy in store!! Thanks. Sorry I was sassy. But you guys were great.
