My first pair of frames never arrived I had to wait almost a month and half to get them, after having to call the authorities to file a police report for missing glasses/frames then I order a second pair to find out a week later it wasn’t in stock .please understand my frustration, when dealing with prescription glasses.its not a luxury it’s a necessity.
