I received my glasses
I received my glasses. I do like the glasses themselves. The problem is that my eyesight is worse with the glasses on. The prescription seems to be incorrect.

If there is any issue related to your lens kindly send us back we will send it to our lab for re inspection for the glasses, if our experts find any difference in your lenses as per your prescription we will correct your lenses and will send it back to you. We'd be happy to look into the matter and try to rectify the situation.
