It’s been about a week & a half since I made my order, and I’ve yet to receive a shipping confirmation or number. The web site response email claims its due to delays, however that was not stated on the website when I placed my order, because I would not have. There is also no phone number to contact about issues which I feel Is completely inconvenient in 2020. I am overall dissatisfied and disappointed, especially spending almost $200 of my hard earned money during this time.

I was a bit leary about ordering prescription glasses online, but I'm really glad I did! Excellent service from order to arrival and several updates in between. Frames are legit, prescription is perfect and I spent less out of my insurance network than in it. :)
