Beautiful glasses and shocking low cost!! But they are to big and fall off my face they are supposed to be one size but are extra large and I need to return them this is very sad 😢

I have already made a review about this company which is on here back on December 12,2020, and if I don't get my product or a refund. I will continue to make it known that this company is fraudulent. I have a confirmation email stating they have received my order information on November 24,2020, yet no product nor any communication, until December 2, 2020 stating a delivery confirmation( for a product that was never delievered). I paid extra for the shipping insurance. Keep in mind I placed my order November 22, 2020. People DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE. I will be reaching out to the BBB to report this company for them ripping people off and stealing people money.

The reason I’m giving a 3 star is because of returns/ shipping. There’s no free return label or any label for that matter. You have to return it USPS which i dislike cuz I’ll have to stand in line. With a return label I could just put it in my mailbox.

Estaba bastante dudosa de ordenar en esta pagina debido a algunas malas reseñas pero me lleve una grata sorpresa al recibir mis lentes en forma y tiempo prometidos. Llegaron intactos y efectivamente son originales. Mi esposo esta feliz.

Glass frames are as expected. Delivered in a timely manner . Price was fantastic.
