They sent me the wrong sunglasses and then said I can get a partial refund only if I send them back (they wouldn’t refund the shipping fee they charged me when they sent them even though it’s their error) and I would also need to pay another shipping fee to send them back to them which they won’t refund as well. So I have to pay 2 shipping fees just so I can get back a refund for the cost of the sunglasses. I raised a dispute with my bank (one of the big four) and my bank said to me they can’t recover my funds from this US company. I never had this problem with UK companies. Never buying from the US again.

MUST READ!!! Don't trust!!!! They take your order stating in stock, then they stall, weeks go by and you try to cancel as it starts to feel like the scam it is. "Can't cancel as frames are in the lab" Then "would you like us to refund shipping and send when back in stock" Then "ignore last message" Then "item on the way to the lab" The. "Can't cancel as in lab" Get PayPal involved as yet another week goes by. PayPal can't do anything as supplier says they are in transit! Contact courier "yes we have accepted the job, but the order has not been handed to us, sorry we don't have it" Then all correspondence stop! DO NOT TRUST!!!

I would of gave 5 stars but the shipping was delayed for about a week give or take. Other than that the price was great and delivery was great.

The frames came in the mail within 2 to 3 days , the optical place I went to for the lenses since suspicious , They suggested that they would be a possibility that the frames would not be authentic. They were quiet when I brought the frames to the optical place. They did not see or find any problems with the authenticity . The optical place tried to charge me double for the same frames that I got from designer optics

My glasses arrived on time and were genuine Versace, just as described. Happy I got such a great deal!

my glasses arrived on time but are a totally different color than pictured. I have the exact same model and color of frames and the original is OLIVE. the pair i received should have been the same color but is much more blue than green. I dont want to deal with returning and trying to get a pair the right color but i am disappointed.
