They are damaged 😢 I'm so sad! I got my glasses in the mail last night and the kate spade spade is not there, leaving a spot on them where holes and glue held it on. I had a great ordering experience and shipping was super fast though, so customer service is on point!

My order arrived and was the wrong glasses. Not even the same brand. I ordered Coach and got Fendi. Won't be using this site again.

I was sent the wrong sunglasses and then told I have to pay the shipping fee to send them back. I am now stuck with sunglasses I didn’t order and designer optics is not replying to my emails. I want a refund. All they do is write you an apology on Trustpilot but don’t give you a refund and keep your money.

The sunglasses are beautiful. The wait wasn't long.They feel a little crooked when I tried them on but overall I like them hopefully I can take them somewhere to get the arms adjusted evenly. Overall I'm happy with my purchase, it's just a small issue that I think can be easily fixed. ((( UPDATE ))) I was not able to have the sunglasses fixed. I contacted Designer Optical and let them know of the issue. They told me glasses may have gotten damaged during shipping. I told them no the glasses was damaged prior to shipping. They asked for a picture and I sent them 3 pictures. They then told me they would forward my email to another department and someone will get with me. Well here it is about 2 weeks later and NOBODY has reached out to me to rectify this matter. What I believed to be a minor issue was actually not. The piece that holds the arm to the frame of of glasses is crooked and loose. The joints screws is damaged. Maybe that's why they are sold at a discount price because they are defective.

I received my order which everything looked exactly the way it showed in the picture. Unfortunately my lenses is not correct. Super bummed. Hopefully someone will be able to help me out with getting my lenses corrected.
