The order was not received, the money was not returned. I bought points on January 30, but still has not! Letters are not answered, money is not returned! There are just automatic letters. In two months, at least one living person could answer with my order! Disgusting shop and terrible service! Don't buy it!!!!!!!! I wrote them 30 letters. They don't answer them. The same automatic answer comes! These are swindlers! And I can't take my money from them!

When the item came in, the lenses were damaged. I emailed and after 48 hours received no response. I called the number and it took almost 20 minutes to convince her that they came in like that.
Response from DesignerOptics.comApr 20, 2021
