Hello Fllipe, We would like to apologize for the inconvenience caused to you, as per our company policy we allow you to return RX product for inspection to check whether the product has been made according to the given details and if we find that there was an error we redo the prescription. We also refund 80% of the value of the frame only, not the lenses for the Rx product. Kindly provide us further details through Mail support/chat,We'd be happy to look into the matter and try to rectify the situation

The delay occurred for the delivery of your product either your sunglasses were on Back order or they were not in stock at our warehouse but available with the manufacturers. While being delayed we also provide option for exchange with any other product which is In stock with us or you may can also request for cancellation which we process immediately once we receive your request..
