Awesome customer service!

I was very satisfied dealing with Designer Optics. The prices were very good and so was the service. Should I be in the market again for glasses frames I will most certainly look at what Designer Optics have to offer. Keep up the good work!

Shipping could of been better

They offered a complete set of sunglasses but the shipment only contained a set of lenses. When I called their customer service they claim the ad was only for lenses even though the online page clearly stated frames nose piece and lenses Item is being returned and a claim for a full refund Buyer Beware their ads don’t reflect actual purchase They only refunded the amount of one set of lenses as I elected to keep one set to avoid all the cost associated with returning it to them which would have been close to cost of one set of lenses

Excellent. Actually arrived sooner than I expected given it was back ordered. Great that the company updated me on my order throughout the process also. Arrived in great condition. Great customer service! Started to pay more and just order from Amazon because I figured I would be waiting forever otherwise, but ended up ordering from here and so glad I did. 10/10 would recommend.

I got my glasses and they came out so perfect! Shipping was fast and on time and there was no delay’s to receive them. These are my favorite glasses I have them in purple and gold now black and gold, so happy!
