Great product at a great value. I have to adjust to progressives (never had them before) but getting a head's up message about how to use and what to expect really helped me negotiate my initial experience with them. Still in adjustment period and expect it will take at least a month before I can fully evaluate my new glasses.

I was thrilled with the frames I bought from DFO! So much that now I am going to have lenses put in them! I would have done it all together, but I didn’t realize I could get better material and add blue blocker besides UV protection, anti-reflective and no scratch coating for less than it would cost from my eye dr WITH INSURANCE! So as soon as I can get the $200 I’ll be placing the order! The frames were exactly the ones I wanted and had been discontinued so because you were so kind to give me a $20 off $100 order, I bought 2 of the same frames! Very pleased! Your CS is great too!

Received my glasses and they are amazing!!! During processing a representative actually reached out to me and ensure my glasses would work for me!! Highly recommend ☺️

I had an excellent experience. I had a small change to my order after I placed it. I wanted to expedite the shipping. This change was made and I received my glasses very fast. It was so easy. Excellent customer service! .

I love the Prada "Blue Crystal" eyeglasses. They fit perfectly and add a pop of color, although subtle. I plan to purchase the black ones soon!

First of all their prices aren't really any better than many other better known and more reputable online eyeglass retailers. Their website didn't list how to get transition lenses with bifocals, so I contacted them and they emailed back to say I'd need to speak to customer service. Which proved impossible. Half a dozen times I've called during normal weekday business hours. I ALWAYS get a recording saying - after selecting 1 for customer service - "...unfortunately, due to a shortage of staff we are unable to accept calls today." Or any day apparently. I don't think they actually have any staff. Chat isn't any better - they say they'll email you... cricket cricket. There's always a chance that something could go wrong ordering glasses (or anything) online - sight unseen - forgive the pun. So, this doesn't bode well for contacting them with any issue arising from the order/delivery process. I'd steer very clear.

The site was a little confusing, and I ended up ordering something I didn't want. Also, it was very slow. Very slow.
