I received a great pair of Burberry glasses. The prescription and fit are perfect. I got single vision with anti-reflective and Transitions lens. The cost was less than half of what Lenscrafters quoted. It took a little longer to get them, but their customer service is very responsive and because they were delayed, they sent them overnight via FedEx. I would definitely order from them again.

So far I am surprised how easy it was to send/receive my glasses as well as the script...so far is perfect!!!!

Waiting for a response, frames and lenses are great. I screwed up on part of my selection and the PD is off. Awaiting response.

Found the exact frame I wanted for at a great price. The web site showed them as being available so, I called to confirm. I was informed by an excellent and professional customer service rep that available meant that I could order them but, that they were not in stock. That just meant that I had to wait a little longer to receive new Persol frame but, it was worth it! The CSR confirmed that if it took longer than I wanted, I could cancel my order without a restocking fee. I received my new frames sooner than expected. This is what I call excellent customer service. Great quality, wonderful price, and superior customer service. I recommend Designer Frames Outlet to anyone looking for that perfect set of glasses.

I ordered a pair of Ralph Lauren sunglasses without a prescription that were advertised as "in stock" with a shipping time of "3 to 5 business days." After two weeks and three phone calls to customer service, I was informed that the sunglasses were actually back-ordered despite charging my card immediately. I was able to get a refund, but I would not recommend this establishment, which does not accurately advertise availability of goods.

It took a while to get my glasses, but I am pleased with the final product.

An Incredible prescription lens conversion! Designer Frames and Lenses removed the standard sunglasses lens from My Rare Chanel Coco sunglasses. Their online process was very easy to use. I submitted my prescription, lens, color and additional choices and The process from A-Z was absolutely perfect 👍. They even returned the original Chanel lenses and was returned well packaged and protected from any delivery damage that could occur.. I highly recommend “Designer Frames” and my representative Shawnie was extremely kind and helpful!

i ordered this from the US company shipping to canda I was kept me up to date with the progress of the glasses including a simple delay not the company fault I don't believe. the delivery was fast considering it was shipping to canada. thank you fed-ex disappointed the glasses weren't as I expected the sides are the right color but the frame itself was not the same color as the sides. the picture on the site was difficult to tell so maybe that is the way Versace intended them to be. to ship them back is a waste of time when in the end I just need to see. I would like if the site could find a way to make the pictures more distinct for each color choice. Overall they are a great company to do business with. the cost was a fraction of what I could have bought them for in Canada either at the store or on line. the frames alone were 275.00 ca at this co they were 99.00. Even with exchange and duty it is still far cheaper. the lenses are likely cheaper as well but the quality of the lenses used work just fine for me. this is the second time I have used this company and I will do it again. just have to give it about a 3 week turnaround if you are in Canada
