Customer service representatives were super friendly and prompt but overall was disappointed with purchase. The shipping took longer compared to other comparable online glasses shops. The glasses themselves arrived a little crooked which is difficult to fix without proper metal heating tools and the anti-reflective lens that I purchased are not, in fact, anti-reflective.

I ordered two pairs, a pair of the A$AP Rocky Ray-Ban Collab ( full rimless ) and a pair of Burberry. Both came with correct lenses and correct. However, the full rimless frame arrived in a state where it was almost falling apart the screws were not secured whatsoever. I did order aftermarket sunglass lenses, but that does not mean that they should do the bare minimum, just placing the stuff on and then shipping it out. I have now gone to three different opticians, having to get them to tighten it for me, and one of them ended up, scratching the sunglass lens. It’s pretty retarded that you didn’t screw down the pair before you sent them out. Other than that, the stuff came as described I guess.

They must be a drop shipper as shipping took forever. That part was okay but then they bombard you with spam every day. I mean, I just bought a pair of frames, do I really want to buy another pair tomorrow.? Every day something is on sail via email

2 of the 3 items went well. The third item was not shipped out and after several weeks, I kept contacting them with no response. They finally got back to me, I think it took over a week. The item was back ordered and they refunded my money as requested. A couple months later I guess they did finally get the item in but by that time I had ordered it for my other company already and did end up paying a little bit more.

This is why I am adjusting and understand that understaff may be an issue. "Created my order on January 14th,2026 and have not received my order yet and no updates. Really bad service due to lack of communication and like many other reviews I am experiencing the same issue. It was supposed to ship between January 30th - February 5th. Was advised it would be completed by February 5th but shows "Processing" as the status. The "Live Chat" is a joke being that i waited several hours for a response but it remains in Automated option. The email response option is supposed to be within 8 business hours but have not received response after requesting update status."

They're selection is better than a lot of other places online right now for the prices.You're gonna pay pretty reasonable.I will definitely attest to that.Shipping is pretty timely. And I think i'm getting everything authentic ateast I hope I am. What I will say is that when it comes to customer service, it's impossible to get somebody to help you.If you have an issue with your order, you will be emailing this company for months.That's exactly what i'm going through right now placed an order back in November. Marked delivered December 1,2025 & i'm still fighting with these people for a pair of designer glasses , I never received!!! Had their customer service helped me because my issue is STILL NOT RESOLVED i would've given them five stars. I even paid to make sure that God forbid something happened to my order.I wouldn't have an issue with that , so it's been over two months and I still don't have my glasses or my money back. At this point I would rather shop with a company called glasses u s a. I've never had an issue with their customer service.If it was needed..

I ordered 3 frames to try out. I ordered the frames only as I am going to have my optometrist add the lenses. I ordered 2 weeks ahead so the frames could arrive in time for me to use my 2025 vision benefits for the lenses. I added 2 day shipping to be sure. Once the order was processed there was no update on the progress of the order. Customer service via phone is not available. Email response to my request for order status was late. I received 1 frame on time but the other 2 frames were shipped way past the quoted shipping date. I received them too late and could not use my 2025 benefits. They did refund my expedited shipping fee though, but it does not make up for what I lost in unused 2025 benefits. I had purchased from them 2 years ago and had great experience at that time. Prices are good but with lacking customer service and delayed shipments, my experience this time around was below par.

I kept calling the contact number provided but it keeps saying that they are understaffed and could not answer the call. I emailed and after a few days I received a response. The frames did arrive earlier than expected and in good condition.
