I got my glasses just fine, but the lenses weren't of good quality. They attracted dust, and I could not keep them clean. The lens eventually started to distort, and a scratch appeared within the 30-day window, so I reached out to get the lens remade, but no one has responded. I've emailed, called, and used their chat feature. The phone says they can't answer due to staffing issues. It's been almost a month since I reached out. I filed with the BBB and received no response.

Pretty stoked about these glasses, one of my favorite frames ever and DF is one of the only stores that still carries it! Happy with the whole experience and thrilled to be able to finally see! Thanks guys!!

I received the frames much earlier than the estimated delivery date. I’m really happy with my Prada sunglasses, especially since I got them for $100 less than what I usually see online. I’m assuming the discount was because the Prada box they came in had a small tear inside.
