First time buying from designer frames outlet. I was pleasantly surprised. Glasses were shipped out quickly and arrived fast. Legit polo sunglasses at a great price. Will definitely shop again.

I was happy to find my favorite frames, and at great prices. I’m disappointed that I ordered Plum Tortoise to replace a pair I presently have, only to receive a Blue color instead (the only things plum colored are the gemstones). It’s my second pair sent this way, so I’m not very happy. I should’ve known when there was no option to view them in any position but from the side.

I ordered my glasses on Black Friday and just received them on 1/16. I didn’t think they were going to come and I could not reach DFO for an update. I’m happy with my glasses but not sure I would use them again due to the lack of customer service.

It came before the estimated time. They are so cute. Love the case. I originally put in the wrong prescription and I emailed them to change it easily. I am very happy with my purchase and the communication.
