I was wary of ordering from here based on some of the reviews but it was less than half the price for the same pair of glasses I bought for my kid in person a year ago somewhere else. They arrived a week earlier than the original estimate and are exactly what I ordered and came with all the same items like the case, cloth, and kid head strap. We ordered mid January 2026 and got them before the end of January.

This was my second order and I LOVE my sunglasses! I have been SO impressed with this company and will continue to order from them from now on!

They're selection is better than a lot of other places online right now for the prices.You're gonna pay pretty reasonable.I will definitely attest to that.Shipping is pretty timely. And I think i'm getting everything authentic ateast I hope I am. What I will say is that when it comes to customer service, it's impossible to get somebody to help you.If you have an issue with your order, you will be emailing this company for months.That's exactly what i'm going through right now placed an order back in November. Marked delivered December 1,2025 & i'm still fighting with these people for a pair of designer glasses , I never received!!! Had their customer service helped me because my issue is STILL NOT RESOLVED i would've given them five stars. I even paid to make sure that God forbid something happened to my order.I wouldn't have an issue with that , so it's been over two months and I still don't have my glasses or my money back. At this point I would rather shop with a company called glasses u s a. I've never had an issue with their customer service.If it was needed..

I was at a chain eyeglasses store for an eye exam and spotted some Burberry frames I loved, so I snapped a photo of them and was going to sleep on it, as the frames alone were about $400 and labeled “New Arrival”. After having just dropped around $1200 on two pairs of progressives for my wife, I was looking for some savings on my single vision pair. Stumbled across this site and, two weeks later, I have the same exact Burberry frames with my prescription for $178 (with discount code) delivered! Based on past experience, this saved me roughly $500-600 and they arrived in just over 2 weeks. I usually get generic frames as I love having glasses options, but I’ll DEFINITELY be using this site again for all my designer frame options!!!

This is my 3rd purchase and I am very happy with the services. It takes a little long for the prescription glasses to be ready but considering the price and quality I get it is 100% worthed.

Took a bit to figure out corresponding with them but just send a chat and they’ll get back to you soon sooner or later. Got my son his favorite glasses that he couldn’t find anywhere else. It took a while to get them, but it was a great price and they came in flawless condition. Very pleased.

Placed an order around Black Friday, just received them Jan. 25th. Very poor customer service, emails response 3-7 days after you leave a message if lucky. They said they would send glasses express with tracking, never received tracking or notification they were completed, they just arrived. Used them once before, didn’t take as long and customer service was not this awful, definitely a decline in the company and will be my last time doing business with them. If you order something, plan on a two month window with little to zero customer service support.
