DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! I bou t my son’s glasses from here and it has taken almost a month for them to arrive. Still waiting. I even received an email saying they were done in the lab and were going to be shipped within the next 24 hours. When I never got a shipping email, I contacted them only for them to tell me they hadn’t even gotten to lab! Still have no idea when they will get here. The deadline they provided for delivery has passed. Not to mention the customer service just sucks. All they told me is that there is a delay and they would update the status. Um still waiting for my status to update.

Ordered on 3/1, A pair of frames (Just the frame). Received confirmation in minutes and charged my card immediately. All good there. Received an automated email that order is shipped on 3/4 -- Good there! On 3/5, Received an email; "Item was not included in the shipment received but is currently back ordered and if I would like to wait or select a different pair." I responded on 3/5, to have my money refunded". Received response on 3/9 that my item has been fully refunded. 3/16, It's still not been refunded back to my card. Is this business for real?

These guys are horrible. It’s been weeks and my glasses have not arrived. They won’t respond to my emails. And their chat feature on their website is down. There’s no way to get a hold of them. I wish I read these reviews Order #DFO133995 Shop elsewhere

Ordered a pair of Versace frames for them everything seemed fine until 2 days later they emailed stating that they were having issues processing my oder. They wanted me to send a picture of my id and a photo of debit card after they had already taken the money out of my account. Me being suspicious of their request I asked why do I need to send this stuff no response for days so I email them back again to tell them to cancel the Oder I would like my money back that was last week still no response so I reported it to my bank they refunded my money back. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE READ THE REVIEWS FIRST

I ordered my first pair of glasses from Designer Frames Outlet on 08/2019. The frames were of excellent quality. However, the lenses did not have an anti-reflective coating and I also wanted a smaller frame size so I returned the pair of glasses and I received a refund. The refund was approximately $10 short but that's because they reduced the price of the frame. The processing and shipping did take a couple of weeks. I'm okay with that because I am used to ordering Zennis Eyeglasses and they take even longer than that. I just recently ordered another pair of eyeglasses and from Ordering to Receiving it was exactly 14 Days. I did pay extra for Priority Shipping. I got great quality glasses and lenses. I'm happy with my purchase and will definitely purchase glasses from them again. I do reccomend their services! (It helps to know your eyeglasses measurement to avoid fitting issues.)

I placed an order on 1/6/19 with an estimated ship date of 1/13/19. I have yet to receive shipping details. Their website online chat option gives the message "We're not around but we'd love to chat another time." There is no phone number listed. I found a phone number through an internet search where I found other customer complaints. There is no answer through the automated phone answering system either when I choose customer service or the option to speak with a sales rep. The only option is to leave a message. I have yet to have the call returned or an answer to my email. I will be calling my credit card company to report them for fraud.

I tried to email this company to explain what type of lenses I needed when I ordered. The company didn't respond for a week. I tried to cancel however they confirmed that their lenses were comparable to what I needed. In NO way were these lenses quality lenses. My doctor couldn't believe the lack of quality. I could not see out of them. I returned them and waited an additional two weeks from what is stated on their website for a refund in which they deducted over $100. DO NOT BUT FROM THIS COMPANY! BBB has a ton of complaints about them. Wish I read those first.

They made the lenses so poorly on my glasses I had to raise my head to see. After waiting days for a response to my email, I was told to sending the glasses back and now they are not refunding the entire purchase. The only way to contact them is email or chat and it takes days to hear back DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY PURCHASING GLASSES FROM DESIGNER FRAMES. THERE ARE PLENTY OF OTHER ONLINE SITES.
