I ordered frames from them a month ago and it took me to contact them for them to say we have not gotten your frames in the warehouse yet. So I asked them can they provide a discount due to the inconvenience and at first she said yes then sent another email stating we can only give you 10%. I said you guys are offering that just buying frames from you. Long story short don't waste your time. Great deals but not worth the hassel and poor customer service.

Ok first pair Versace came , can’t say if fake or not, was happy until not even a year later were scratches everywhere on my lenses. Just use cloth for glasses, no misuse. Plus I paid for all the extra upgrades and coats. So I email the company after seeing on their website “1 year lenses warranty on prescription polycarbonate only not for sunglasses or plastic , and says exclusion scratches, not for misuse. I clearly read that as scratches from abuse not covered, not general any scratches . You can see it clearly stated that on the website. Rude response from their customer service saying does not cover scratches period! I said but they aren’t the free plastic or sunglasses as described in your warranty add.nor from misuse/abuse. They Didn’t care just kept getting response not covered. I asked what a price would be then and even told them I referred their business To others and even did business again and ordered a second pair in case they needed to be shipped for fixing. Again they did not care, I tried calling no answer left message still waiting. They stopped replying to my emailS even after I asked how much then to fix? Still no resolution, they clearly have a false advertisement in the warranty details. There is no warranty on lenses then, because what else would warranty lenses cover? Read what it says yourself very misleading. Dr offices and other labs guarantee lense scratches if a lot and you buy the coating, my mother just had hers fixed within a year from scratches that is why you pay for scratch coat. Anyway my recommendation is if you want the frames get them, but do not pay for Rx here, go to a lab with a guarantee and good customer service that appreciates your business!

The glasses I received were FAKE! I already own several of the same model, so I have no doubt. (And the serial number is missing, as well as other issues.) They expect me to pay to return them from another country, when I already paid $25 to receive them? Ridiculous. STAY AWAY!!!!

UPDATE 8/6/2020 I was able to contact support and I had my correct frames shipped out the same day the wrong ones arrived, and I received them Monday (approx. 3 days after I got the wrong ones, very fast in my opinion). I am very happy with how they handled the return and exchange, it was a very quick easy process, and I do believe it was a simple mistake that doesn't happen often, and while it was very disappointing, they did handle it professionally and swiftly, so I have changed my rating to reflect the correct product I received and the level of professionalism I encountered. (thank you Rebecca). --- Ordered my frames Monday morning and paid extra for fast shipping, since my lenses were ready at a shop near me. They arrived today, and I received the wrong frames. The packing slip and my email, along with order details from the website, all show the correct frames that I ordered. However, in the package were a completely different style of frame (and a different color than I had ordered--I ordered red frames, and received black). Very disappointed, as I really needed these new glasses/lenses and I'll be out of town soon, hence why I paid for expedited shipping. Here's to hoping I can return these and get the correct frames and not have to pay a dollar more than I already have due to the mistake on their part. It's not hard to double check and ensure the correct frames are in the box, especially when the packing slip itself has the name of the ones I ordered. If I am able to return these wrong frames and receive the correct ones without anymore issues, I will come back and happily update this review. But for now I'm just disappointed to have waited all week to get my new glasses only to be unable to use them.

This company is terrible and a scam! I ordered glasses with frames that felt fake (have same pair already of Balenciaga frames), and the lenses when you would look at the lights, would show rows and rows of reflections, so that they were literally unwearable. I contacted the company who said that it was because I had not chosen the AR coating. I have had glasses for 25 years and have never seen anything like it. For a return, they still charge a hefty price. What a scam. BUYER BEWARE!!!!

I ordered these. They were progressives and high definition. When I received them, the progressives were hitting my eye in the wrong spot and the quality of the lenses were not what i would expect from HD lenses. Then, they would not refund me the entire amount of the lenses. I lost over $ 100 and they could not care less. Stay away. They are not reputable at all.

The worse company ever. The have 15 return policy’s listed under everything except returns. Don’t buy from them as they don’t honor their own policy’s make a return but don’t get a full refund.
