received the item but it did not fit so i registered a return on the 17th December. They received the item in December as its a tracked return yet i have received NO refund. I have chased them twice and both times i have been ignored. having to raise a dispute with my credit card to get my money back. AVOID AVOID AVOID

I bought a beautiful pair of shoes from them and I have been waiting for like 2 weeks even more to not even get them, on the tracker says my boots has arrived but I still don’t have them!! BUT also I have been reaching out to customers service but still no response from them. So they took my money and I don’t have my shoes don’t waste your time and money on that platform

I’ve bought 3 pairs of demonias and I love every single one. The most recent pair being the one I’ve worn the most. I have a reflective camel, a black holographic pair, and my fav, my rhinestoned Emily’s. I’ve worn all of them to festivals, clubs, bars, and my Emily’s I wear whenever I feel like it since they are not as tall. That all being said they are super comfortable, I just add a sole insert and I’m good to go, can wear them all day if I want to. Also I’ve never had a problem with the company itself. Shipping has always been in a timely manner for me.

This is literally a disgrace. If you are from abroad, you will not get a response or your order. It has been 10 days now and my order still has not moved from the warehouse. I have sent emails but have received absolutely no response. So I will cancel my order and report this site. I'm patient, but I think they are making fun of me. Extremely disappointed, I absolutely do not recommend this site, run away.

Shoes started disintegrating after 10 times wearing , 5 months old!!! Demonia says its normal and refuses any refund or even one new shoe!!!! What kind of siti behavior is that? Ive bought direct from demonia usa, should have bought from a local reseller instead...

I've worn alternative boots for years. Dr Martens, Killstar and new rock. This time I decided on trying demonia cult as I liked the look of the Emily boot ( with the bats). The buckles are very stiff to unfasten, making them hard if you have disabilities. I found them very comfortable to wear however. I have had them four months and the zip broke. Never in my life have an alternative brand of boot broken in such a short space of time. Never again. I buy them as an investment. Not a whimsical purchase.

You're not gonna win with their customer service. If you have any problems with your order or if they have decided not to accept your return - there will be no point in calling and arguing with them. They have a stringent process and their customer service, at all levels - even operations managers will Not help you nor change their decision nor advice you on anything. Keep your unwanted shoes otherwise you will be spending money shipping items back and forth. -- There is No arguing with their customer service. It will be a complete waste of your time with all that negative energy.

I’ve been buying demonias for about two years now (I have four pairs) and have loved every pair I’ve gotten until the most recent one. On May 22nd, 2024, I bought a pair of Ashes-12 in black patent leather. During my fifth time wearing them, the right platform completely separated from the sole. The morning after (July 1st, 2024), I messaged both customer service emails listed on the website to see if I could get a refund or exchange for store credit. Photos and an order number were included. I’ve reached out to them once after on July 3rd, directly through the “contact us” form on the website. I haven’t heard anything either time. It’s disconcerting to hear how many people have filed similar claims here, but I hope that things will be able to be resolved in a fair manner.
