I ordered a pair of shoes and never ever received them!!! I want my money bacl

I recently bought three pairs of shoes/boots this Christmas for my daughter (not our first purchase), she wore them three times and they broke. I reached out to customer service and did not even receive a reply. It is super sad, because the previous boots we bought have lasted years and she gets compliments every time she wears them, people ask where she got them and we would proudly say Demonia....now, with the customer service being NON-existent, I'm not sure we can praise the company. I am sad and disappointed in your service.

I do not recommend. Even though the shoes were not purchased during promotions and the online store returned the goods within 45 days, the shoes were not returned. The store did not consent. The shoes are too big and you can't walk in them. Sizing completely from outer space. The website does not provide the length in centimeters and you must take into account that the size does not meet the standards applicable to footwear.

I used to buy shoes here nearly monthly. I have about 60 pairs. The last ones I bought were $100 and I never received them. Demonia customer service was totally worthless (and rude). I will never buy from them again.

These shoes were sooooo cute. until I wore them less than 5 times and both of the soles fell apart. I contacted customer support for a refund/ store credit/ anything and they informed me that it was "not caused by a manufacturing issue". The photos I sent show a pair of barely worn shoes... just letting any potential buyers from here know how poorly these shoes are made and how they will NOT refund you for defective shoes. I am incredibly disappointed by this, as I used to be a big fan of Demonia. Now I feel like I have no choice but to warn everybody I know who has shoes from here, or is considering purchasing from here. If you're still seeing this review, it means that Demonia still has not provided me with any kind of resolution.

All the Demonia shoes I have bought in the past fall apart much quicker than other shoes of comparable pricing. I do LOVE to WEAR my shoes, especially if I particularly love a certain pair, but none of the other brands I buy fall apart as easily and quickly as this brand, and they are around the same price. In my experience, the PU (fake/vegan leather) starts peeling after only 1-2 weeks of wear. And I’ve had two platform shoes from them that not only peeled horribly on the upper, but the entire platforms came off from the upper. Two completely separate pieces. And I could see where they had originally glued the shoe to the sole, which was only a few dots of glue, but furthermore… the construction of the shoes/boots was just horrible. I also had the 6 in platform fetish heels, in a size 7 that were extremely small, more like a 6. The material on the heel tore very easily with the slightest tug or scratch, from accidentally rubbing the heels together when sitting. I don’t like shoddy quality shoes, and Demonia seems to have a big discrepancy between their pricing and quality.

The shipping was great with the added protection and updates! The boots themselves are my absolute favorite so far, they have a nice feel to them and the aesthetics are incredible. I’m looking into buying a different bolt variant 😅
