As a long time lover and customer of Demonias, I've ordered 2 pairs of shoes from this company in the past 6 months. Both pairs of shoes have fallen apart. The first pair of shoes fell apart on their first wear. The bottom began peeling, and the heel began breaking through the shoe. I spoke with customer service and got a refund. This refund took 4 months before I ever saw my money. I ordered a second, different, pair of shoes. On the third day of wear, the heel broke and got a hole in it. I'm extremely disappointed and very saddened. The very first pair of Demonias I bought years ago were amazing and were made of very good quality materials. These past 2 shoes have been made of terrible quality materials and couldn't even last more than a day or 2 of wear. I was very excited about the shoes as they were supposed to be a birthday present. When I complained, I was told it wasn't an issue with manufacturing, when that's exactly what the problem was. Had the shoes been made of quality material, they wouldn't have broken down so quickly. What a waste of my hard earned money. I won't be shopping from this company again and will be strongly warning people against shopping from this company so they too don't waste their money on poorly made items.

While I find Demonia's boot quite cool, my experience was rather negative. I ordered the Valor-220 model in the Black-Silver Rub-Off design. The boots looked different in real life: the rub-off part in the front looked rather like a uniform grey color and not like scratches. In addition, I ordered the EU size I normally wear, but the boots felt much larger, even with thick socks. On top of that, I submitted a return, and I had to pay delivery costs from the EU to the US, which I found weird given EU rules (maybe I am wrong here). In the end, I lost money on two delivery services and ended up with no boots. Even though I understand that buying footwear online is always tricky, this is my experience, which I cannot call positive.

The boots annoying and arrived eventually. If you're a half size don't even bother with Demonia. YKW, don't bother with Demonia AT ALL. Buy secondhand from depop or poshmark- the customer service including the bc route protection is TRASH. Alexis is a smartass and extremely unhelpful. The company as well as Route is very hands off and they lie constantly about any and everything. I will NEVER buy from Demonia again. The boots are whatever, sizing is so inconsistent with Demonia and its a fkn nightmare to deal with them so I guess im keeping these. 0/10 for Demonia- like I said poshmarl and depop have Demonia and poshmark has great customer service especially compared to Demonia. Godspeed if you've tangled with these people. These is NO CUSTOMER SERVICE- only LOSS PREVENTION. You will NOT receive SERVICE. You will be a hot potato that is repeatedly DROPPED.

My package was lost before it even left the facility, yet the company sat on the issue for an entire week without taking action. DHL only generated a shipping label, but they never actually received the package. If I hadn't taken the initiative to email customer support myself, they would still be sitting on my order and my money would not have been refunded. Complete lack of proactive order monitoring. You have to chase your own money.

After returning the shoes of 2 pairs and trying to get a refund from them good luck! It has been weeks. I called plenty of times from the number provided and emailed no response. I will not be purchasing from them again. I feel like this site is a scam. I really hope it is not and will get a refund back.

I ordered boots for my wife but they didn't fit around here calves. The website needs to mention what the size of the calves are for platform boots.

The 19th of November they confirmed that an order which never arrived was going to be refunded,todas is 28 and they don’t answer It is like they don’t mind Terrible
