I love them so much, super cute and fit really well. The tracking process was horrible tho, wasnt getting updates and there was a week long period where i had no information on where they were. They did take a bit of time to get to me - im in australia. i ordered them 9 oct and got them on the 30th.

The products are awesome but the sizes run small, and as someone with wider legs I realized their items are not made for people like me. If they start offering wide leg options I might return as a customer. They did allow me to return my purchases, so that's a huge plus.

I love my boots so much but they were final sale which I guess in their eyes made it okay for them to send me boots with weird marks and discoloration on the toes of one of the boots so that I couldn’t return or exchange them. They served their purpose for my cosplay and they were comfortable enough to get through two long days with some insoles but I’m still disappointed in the quality upon receiving them.

I was happy with the timeframe that the shoes arrived, however I did accidently set the shipping address to my home rather than the receipient of the gift. Within a minute of the order being confirmed, I contacted customer service to ask that the shipping address be changed before the shoes were sent out. I never received any kind of response for the company. This could have been an easy fix and saved me the cost of sending it to her myself. I would have given another star if they would have just emailed a response.

I have purchased a size 10, and according to their labelling. But surprisingly, when I tried them on, they were too big for me. After measuring them I found the lengths were not the expected ones for that shoe size. I didn’t think it was fair that I have to put up with a wrong-labelled product or pay a ridiculous amount of money to send it back ( 50 GBP for the return, by the way, the boots are 77 GBP). So after some e-mail exchanges, with different opinions, they took the matter seriously and responded taking full responsibility, including a whole refund. So thanks for that. I put them 3 stars because the whole experience with the sales department wasn´t very smooth, although the result is a fair one. I would add that it would be very convenient to insert a label, or text, warning overseas individual buyers at the time of the purchase that the return fees are very high.

Loved my boots disliked that you can’t do exchanges so you have to return and pay for shipping again and wait for your refund which takes forever even if your getting store credit.

1) My first purchase was made with a mistake, I took the wrong size - the biggest one. I am sure I did not choose that size, most probably the order was done for a default size, since I had not choosen anything. I think this order mechanic is not user-friendly, there should exist a prevention of such mistakes. 2) DHL service is very expensive for Georgia (Caucause). It makes almost 2/3 of the product price. Beyond the amount that you are to pay to Demonia for delievery, you have to pay additional tax to DHL Georgia branch, and for the courier. And since we needed shoes before weekend, we had to go by taxi to the DHL department in the suburbes (courier's service was to be paid anyway). Altogether it took additional 35$ to the delievery price. 3) The refund is partial, and with a high delievery price it is senseless to requiest it. 4) The boots themselves are ok.
