I can honestly say that I’m satisfied with EVERYTHING. Other than the shoes that I got, which is the new thing I’m obsessing over, the other thing I’m super impressed with is how fast the shoes got delivered. I thought it would take like 2 weeks or more but it just surprised me on the table when i went downstairs 🖤

It appears that based on the information that you provided that you placed this order on a different website. Demonia only has one official website, that is DemoniaCult.com. There are impersonators that use our brand name and allege to sell our products for much cheaper. Sometimes claiming to be local "versions" of our website. These are scams. The story of you receiving another type of product altogether is the same as other customers who have also fallen victim to this scam. We would kindly ask that you remove your review, as it is unrelated to DemoniaCult.com and that you write your review on the proper domain for the website that you purchased from.

I ordered 2 pairs of BOOTS. One for my fiancé (m) and one for me (f), I just received my order today but only to open it and find out it is NOT the shoes I ordered AT ALL! They were both women’s shoes (none of them even close to my size or a MENS 14!) I call customer service and am told to send photos of the shoes I ordered versus what I received, I did all of that only to be emailed back that I would receive a refund and 1000 cult cash (only redeemable for free shipping or 10% off your order) I asked if there was any way I could send back the ones I received and get the correct ones that I ordered. I was told they don’t “reship” packages, so instead of just shipping back the ones that are wrong they say i can keep them even though I told them they weren’t what I ordered or even the right size to fit anyone. THIS WAS SUPPOSED TO BE A VALENTINES GIFT FOR MY FIANCÉ! I’ve always wanted a pair of Demonias since I was a young teen as well as my fiancé has, only to be SO DISAPPOINTED with OUR VERY FIRST ORDER! They definitely will not be getting my business anymore.

Voilà la réponse reçu j'ai renvoyé mes chaussures 166.05 remboursés, pour 239 + 48 de frais d'envoi total 287 euros dépensés pour les 2 paires... Demonia ma pris 72 euros pour des frais de retour. Just a heads up to those who want to try a send back items but you tried them on at home. (Cause how are you truly supposed to tell if you like em without trying them on?) Make sure you wipe the bottoms with a wet cloth to get the dust off so you have a better chance of getting your refund. Obviously if there is no damage to the sole.

I have tried to get a refund from boots returned with return label, Returned the boots no refund and Emails are not being replied too Reply received 27/1 Boots cost £148 Price of there postage label £60 Total refund £88 I will not be shopping there again ,shoe sizes are about 2 sizes smaller than standard sizing
