Lack of help from company after their quality has worsened
Purchased some Demonia shoes (Shaker 70) last year using Attitude Clothing, a copy of my previous ones (Shaker 60) which had sadly broken from years of wear. These new shoes instantly deteriorated, so I sent a general email about how positive my last experience was , only to be told by Demonia that “there is nothing wrong”. These shoes then completely broke about a month or so later. I was doing nothing different to what I did with my previous shoes and yet these broke and have been unwearable for months now - which was to be expected considering they were falling apart already. Safe to say I refuse to purchase from them again as it was very disheartening as a loyal customer to be written off like this.
