I am a licensed hvac technician. All mini splits get clogged with mold! When I learned of your drain pan is not removable is a game changer for me. Not serviceable! I think you need to change your air handler or evaporator to one serviceable!!!

Solid product at an affordable price! I ordered the ceiling cassette 12000 btu, this was my first time and it was pretty straightforward. One thing to note is that I thought it would fit between rafters, but needed to make a bracket for it to sit in. Other than that, the unit is very quiet and efficient, plus the remote is super cool and responsive.
