Good install Used three different Head types inside a home built in 1940.

This Della 14k portable is such an upgrade from my Toshiba unit that was just a few years old. You can tell it's solid right of the box. It's much quieter and runs smoothly, no jarring sound when the AC kicks in, has a very smooth transition. It's also super cold and fast, runs perfectly and cools immediately. The App and remote are great too. Customer service was the best and very attentive as well. They helped significantly with my questions and were very responsive. Best purchase, couldn't be happier.

For the most part our experience was great but I needed it overnighted and you could not do that even though I was willing to pay . If you could take criticism you should do the overnight mail , it would have shaved off almost 2 weeks in sleeping on a very uncomfortable air mattress . Thank you for listening

Della went thru steps to trouble shoot my mini split remote and when they could not fix it they sent a replacement. fast and friendly
