The fireplace I purchased has been the best new addition to my living room. Not only does it have an extremely modern look, but it also is very great quality and provides a lot of warmth to my living room area. It was easy to put together and very easy to wipe down as well. The colors are beautiful and I’ve received many compliments on it since getting it. I had one issue with one of the parts and it was extremely easy to reach out to the company and get the problem fixed. 100/10 would recommend this product and this company!

Purchased this unit to replace old central air unit that needed replacing. After 5 months of a very hot/humid summer the 24,000btu mini split has been phenomenal. Will be ordering a smaller unit next spring for the master bedroom. Very pleased with my purchase.

I had my ducks in a row when I needed to make a warranty claim. Had pictures of the UV dye showing the leak, serial number pictures etc. Customer service had me a replacement ready with 15 minutes. Good stuff and I appreciate it.

First off, my 12K 22 Seer unit from Della is a great value. Packaged very nicely and cools my bedroom well! Had a minor issue with some denting on initial unit but working with customer service was a breeze and they promptly shipped me a replacement outdoor unit. So far so good! Happy customer and recommend if you're looking into getting a mini split!

fast and responsive

I installed this Delta Delta unit 1026. It ran for one day and OC error showed up. I called the company. They said it was the circuit board on the inside unit which they sent me. I replaced the same problem and now I'm waiting for a circuitboard for the outside unit, which they said will be delivered on November 7

Responsive, courteous, and professional. Extremely helpful and acommodating. The resolution was ideal and efficient. Can't say enough about how wonderful my experience was, and on a Sunday night to boot. Thank you Della Customer Service/Chatbot.

This company has been the best every step of the way. I love my Della system!
