Despite a few annoying errors with my physical order (shipping damage and an error in the user manual that caused me to order an incorrect part), on both occasions the customer service through the chat was prompt, humble and responsive. I was worried about only being able to contact customer service through a chat, but my interactions have satisfied my needs. ( Now, I just have to wait for the right parts to arrive so I can finish my installation and see if the unit works!)

I ordered a unit off Amazon and it came in no time. However when I opened the box it was damaged. I tried getting a hold of them on a Friday evening and never got a response. So my next step was to email them with pictures telling them what all had happened and before I could pitch my argument I received an email back stating the new outdoor unit was on its way. Everything seems to be fairly easy to install. As long as this unit holds up I'll be super happy.

I never, ever write reviews! This company has such good customer service, I had to give them 5 stars. My unit had some issues that a HVAC company could not resolve and Della didn't miss a beat. They completely resolved my issue at no cost to me! I was able to talk to real people on the phone without any run around. Purchased 18BTU I had an issue with the outdoor unit. Called customer service and they took care of everything. I would definitely recommend and was very pleased with the unit performance after installation.
