The person who helped out in the chat today was very patient and helpful. Helped us until we were able to connect. Very thankful! We ere having trouble seeing the AP display. They walked us through to every possible way to get it to work.

This company is amazing! I had to purchase a mini split and had it on my shed to install but somebody broke into my shed and ended up stealing the interior unit box. I called because I couldn’t find a link to purchase just the interior unit anywhere and they actually send me a replacement at no additional cost even though this was not their fault. On top that I had previously purchased another unit from them that I did installed and works amazingly as well, so 10/10 on the product, 10/10 on the customer service and 10/10 on the affordability!!!

The service department is responsive and knowledgable. Whether you are installing for the first time, trouble shooting, or Repairing these guys are on it. The warranty is apparently for real. I have had other mini splits, but I prefer Della.

Just purchased my 2nd Della mini-split unit for my home. Love that we can mange all thru the mobile app. Also, needed some help on my order and their customer service was very helpful and took good care of me. Made the right choice by going with Della for my mini-splits.

The customer service at Della is far superior to any other product of purchased, from anywhere. We purchased a dual blower mini split, from Amazon. After performing the vacuum and releasing the refrigerant one of the lines had a bad Schroeder‘s valve and refrigerant leaked out. I was almost certain that I was stuck with a fault unit and was going to have to pay Even more money to get it repaired! But immediately after I called, I realized that I was not dealing with any ordinary company. The service rep listened to my problem and immediately, said another unit was on the way. The second unit arrived cosmetically damaged, due to the negligence of the carrier. This was not Dellas’s fault in anyway, but they made that right, as well. This is not your average company. Also; Their product is working flawlessly and has our home feeling like a meat locker! Very satisfied customer…

I am really impressed by the quality of the mini split components. I had a few questions along the way, and customer service was excellent! Highly recommend Della and am considering buying another.
