May 2025. Love the Della, very quiet inside and out units. Hard to here them run. Easy to to install,did it all myself. Will definitely recommend Della to friends and family.

My window unit started to turn its self on randomly. I used the chat feature on the app and did some typical troubleshooting with the rep. Seems that front display /control board might be bad and since that part is not service no available they send me a whole new unit. Ive dealt with other huge companies such as LG , Samsung and have had negative experiences with either customer or technician service that end up just being the “unfortunately there is nothing we can do” situation. Della has really been exceptional with me.

Della is a super star in the mini split world.It’s wonderful to have someone in customer service to talk that is in the United States. They truly understood what I needed. when I had questions, they answered them promptly and were able to alleviate my issues. I can’t wait to order more products from them.

If I have a choice not even a star I would give to this mini split company ! I regret I fell on their trap reviews are too good to be true.Bought 4 zones and every single day code popped up not reliable. If you are buying mini splits do a research, and forget about this company their system was crappy I was thinking of getting rid of mine and throw them straight in the dumpster
