I recently ordered 2 Della mini split units which I had professionally installed. I chose Della because it’s one of the very few brands that offers a black indoor head which I think looks more sleek than white. Overall I’m very pleased with the efficient cooling of the mini-split units. And I had a good experience with Della customer support. There was a problem with one of the units but they sent me a new outside unit promptly. Definitely recommend Della for your home cooling needs!

Replacement was handled well and professionally. No issues at all.

Really happy with my experience. I had measured my daughter's window and thought the small AC unit would fit, but it ended up being too tight. The seller responded quickly and they were very helpful in finding a solution and facilitating the return process. Warm recommendations for this seller!
