Easy. Elizabeth (Lizzie), from customer service, made the whole experience great. She answered all my questions and helped me out with registering the mini split for the lifetime parts warranty. The installation was also easy with the kit I rented from Della. The only thing I would change is the wiring diagram did not have my exact application shown but it wasn't hard to figure out.

Della is serious about customer service. Ahhh! Just like olden days. My unit arrived after what must have been a harrowing journey. I called the Della Help Number provided in the literature, selected the call back option and within about 4 minutes my phone was ringing. Joey was great. I sent pictures. We then exchanged a few texts and a resolution was quickly agreed upon. It would be hard to imagine that a company would put that much effort into customer service if they were not very confident in their products. I had an issue with my Della mini split unit. I reached out to customer service (Nicole) who promptly sent me replacement parts to remedy the issue. She had techs walk me through what needed to be done. All in all a great experience and I’m happy I went with them for my mini split unit.

Installed anew dual head system and soon I tried to turn it on got a error code for communication. Tried getting hold of tech support it take hours before u can even talk to someone and the chat wont work! It looks like its a board and its a new unit this should never happen! I am a contractor and have installed many mini splits and I decided to try Della and boy what a mistake!!! I will never ever again buy this unit to install for any of my customers it the worst system and no help!!! buyer beware!!!

Excellent to work with. Ordered 10 units. Everything arrived fast. Customer service via chat was very helpful and knew the product very well. I have other units at the house- had a person clean it and broke some parts. Della was able to find the parts very quickly and send it to me to fix it.

It's very difficult to get ahold of anyone in customer service. The chat wouldn't load, and I called 3 times and waited on hold until I had to leave a voicemail. When someone eventually called back, they were nice, but couldn't find any details about my requested order. It's been about 24 hours and I still haven't heard back from him or my normal contact at Wholesale.
