Took my time. Watched several videos before install. I as very pleased with the equipment and install went smoothly. I would recommend this unit to others.

The company needs to do a better job providing status and tracking information.

Was not delivered on time, came in two separate days and deliveries. I was given a small amount of a credit ($50) for a $2000 unit. Not much help as it was needed for a rental that cost me rental fee and paying installers to stay till all of the unit was delivered to be able to put in.

The first shipment was damaged in transit. As soon as I let HECTOR know, he jumped into action. He expedited delivery, and the second shipment arrived in perfect condition. My contractor was pleased with the quality of the Della products and the ease of installation. He installed a 3 ton unit with 3 mini splits in under 6 hours time.

It works great I just bought it and I only test the ac and the dehumidifier, but it works wonders! I’m pretty happy with it

Bought unit with 50 ft. line set, only 50 line set offered. Received it and tubing was too large. They said I ordered wrong one and would not help with new cost. Unit hasn't worked right for three months installed. Can't get ahold of them, left 35+ messages both times when unit and new parts don't work. Now they want me to send them bad board before sending me new one. No A/C until new board arrives. Horrible experience.

Great Company, product shipped out quickly and was easy to install.
