I wish I could give a 5 star, right out of the box. My only outstanding issue is the remote came with a cracked LCD screen. Other than that very satisfied. Customer service was very helpful in taking my claim for a new remote. They ask for a few pics and put in a claim. Still waiting on results however it’s been a week. This my 2nd mini split. My first Della brand. In comparison the Della product is far superior in build quality and DIY instructions.

Everything was great, boxing was done very well and everything was there. However, the vertical oscillating blades are not working. I have tried to chat online and email, but can’t get a response. Great front end service but do need better customer service once the unit is installed.

Easy enough to install and priced right

I ordered the DELLA Vario Series 24000 BTU 21 SEER Mini Split for my garage workshop and I am so impressed with this unit. The installation was relatively easy for those who are technically inclined. The documentation is a little iffy, but there are all kinds of videos on the sight and youtube to help you through. I have been using the unit for about 10 days now and it is so quiet and so efficient. Unless I put it in the turbo mode, I can't even hear it running. It is keeping my garage nice and cool. I can't wait to see how well it works in the cold Indiana winters.
