The unit arrived in great condition and installation was a breeze. Everything worked great. This is my second Della unit. I purchased a Della vario mini/split 9000btu unit R410A unit for my workshop as well as a Motto mini-split 9000 BTU R32 unit for a spare bedroom in my house. Both work great. Love the software for remote control!

The purchasing process was great. They offered a few financing options that were acceptable. The shipping was faster than they said. Packaging was very good and installation was easy. The unit is super quiet and so far, it works fantastic.

Terrible customer service. Seems one person does not know what the other one is found doing, claiming something will be escalated, but yet to hear back from the supervisor. Was told to request a call back via email - still nothing.

The website was easy to navigate and intuitive, making it simple to choose the correct mini-split size. Pricing was fair, shipping was prompt, and everything arrived well-packaged. The installation process was smooth thanks to the many helpful videos available from Della and other YouTubers. Highly recommend.
