I purchased a Della moto which is only good for warmer climates. I called them to see what I could do they refered me to Amazon. Ama,on 30 day return was from 3rd seller and required me to pay for shipping. $590 to return. Then After the fact Della says they would compensate me but 30 days had passed by 1 day sorry.now I moved it and it needs charged. R32 refrigerant is rare and no refrigerant sniffer is installed. They are junk and customer support is terrible. STAY AWAY FRON DELLA.

Product arrived quickly as described. Instructions are easy to follow, very well organized. Having all the items available for customers makes this a great option.

The 1/2" (12mm) copper tubing on the inside unit is short. If you are going to come out on the right side, be sure you measure the wall thickness. On the cinder block wall, the fitting extended 2" out. Not enough to bend down at 90 degrees. And it is not 1/2" it is 12mm. I have to cut the copper tube back far enough to put on a flare fitting. Finding a 12mm to 1/2' flare fitting is a real challenge.

This company is a joke. I replaced my 18k BTU wall unit with a 22k BTU mini split. The difference is ridiculous. This mini split doesn't push even close to half the cold air my window/wall unit pushed and it's 4k BTU higher. And I also rented the kit from them with the micro meter. Sucked the system down to 400 micron. Recommended 500 or less. Left the gauges hooked up for 30 minutes to ensure no leaks. Della is complete trash. But here is the real kick in the ass I bought it for the good warranty. You can not even register your warranty without a certified HVAC license# even tho you rent the kit for an extra $300 . Example of how shitty the unit is. My wall unit $18k BTU would cool my living room and kitchen in 20 minutes down to 68° f in 20 min. This 22k Della unit takes well over 4 hours to get the room to 68°. I highly recommend nobody buy this brand product. There is way better options for less money that are twice as efficient.
