I love the mini split. It functions great and installation is very forward and not difficult. I run a handyman fix-it business and had all of the tools to install. My problem with Della is when you go to register your product to take advantage of the warranty, it will not let you register unless it is installed by someone with an HVAC license #. This is somewhat deceptive, especially since their website promotes the simplicity of install and includes videos for DIY installs. So far the mini split is working well. I installed the 12k BTU model in a tiny home that is about 460 sq ft.

Easy to buy from and good service when I screwed up the order and got the wrong line set. My fault but they allowed return without penalty and no fuss. Unit appears well built and is working well.

Had an issue with a 9k minisplit & customer service had replacement part shipped out immediately. Great service!

You shipped a product (mini split cassettes) without required parts (M10 threaded rods, washers, bolts)!

For starters... The shipping company was great to work with. It was fast and earlier then expected. The packaging was undamaged when it came, everything was well packaged. It took me a little longer to install because I took my time and made sure things where done correctly. It was an easy install other than needing help with the indoor head unit. The only negative I would say is that there is not enough wrap they send to cover the line set from top to bottom in my opinion. The remote works well but it doesnt have a very long range. The App for the phone has more range obviously, and easier to operate. I have mine installed in a 24w'×40'Lx12' tall ceilings and so far the heat works great, havent used the AC yet do to getting installed later in the year. I did a lot of research and reviews before purchasing my unit. I would also recommend buying straight from Della and not through a 3rd party like Amazon. Just my personal opinion. So far I love it. Everyone person we spoke to was rude and considerate. I would never buy a product from them direct. Although the materials are nice and the systems are great customer service it’s horrible

Ordered the r410a unit, received a r454b unit. Not a huge deal, but the cost of gas is 5x difference. Hopefully the flares are good and it holds up
