I want to personally thank Hector and the Della team for helping us with a customer service claim. Hector was very professional, thorough, and explained what was needed to make things right. As we expected from a quality company like Della, they promptly responded to our concerns. I was particularly impressed with the customer service via phone support. I actually had a REAL person answer without phone prompts. Hector then emailed me the instructions to obtain warranty support that would permanently fix our problem. I cannot speak highly enough about Della and their customer service with us. I am relieved to know there are still companies that stand by quality and service excellence. Della is one of those rare companies. Kudos and thank you!

I ordered a unit from Della and had slight problems. I called customer service and was able to reach someone on the first call the service provider said no problem we will send you a new replacement unit at no cost. I've recently called back a few times to get tracking info and they have always answer the phone with a live person no A.I. recording Thanks Dealla for the great customer service keep up the good work

I purchased a Della 18kBTU dual zone for my new construction. All pieces were packaged safe and secure, all of the needed parts were included and readily available for my technician. The unit is sleek and looks great inside my home. The outdoor unit also looks much better than the larger standard Ducted HVaC alternative. The ductless design made this the ideal option for my ~600sq/ft house, not needing to design ductwork, and letting the split units do their work. Upon boot it did give an error code, but with Della's friendly and helpful customer service (Thank you Hector L!) and tech support, we identified the problem. I am very happy with the units, and couldn't recommend these any higher.

Bought a 9000/12000/18000 Triple AC online. Shipping went fast with a reliable carrier, Della sent me a tracking number form the carrier. System arrived in time. Now the bad: They use shopify.com as online shop provider. They ask you to provide access to your outlook or gmail account to "provide" you a tracking number. This is criminal! Why does shopify need to read you private email to provide a number? They also sent me a tracking number via email from the wrong company servicing only PA while i live in GA. They are total nuts. Ignore them! Call or chat with dellahome directly. Anyhow this was my 3rd della (installed it for my son), Installation was easy (I am a diy owning all the pro tools but hating to pay $2000 for installation) Also be aware that the carrier is putting this (they use pallets) only curbside and the condenser can weight up to 180 lbs, so have extra muscle available. If the kick of shopify then i'll give them 5 stars.

I got my product which was 2 orders of filters for my Della mini split which came in the mail I 2 different pkgs which I thought I ordered only 1 set but I guess I ordered 2 sets reasonable price tho so I decided to keep both. They were well pkged and came decently quick. Will buy again from them if needed.
