I bought 3 room heat pump ac/heat units portable in 2024. After 2 years of purchasing one unit quit blowing cold air. I called 3 times trying to get troubleshooting help and they said the unit was discontinued so they could not support me with either parts avalability or technical help. No parts diagram or troubleshooting available. They are made in China, so that explains it.

Good product. Cools fairly well. Quiet. Simple remote. I'd buy another one.

Called customer service and was speaking to Nicole and she did a great job assisting me. She was very helpful.

UPDATE ON CUSTOMER SERVICE... Well I was contacted by customer support and they are outstanding in taking care of customers and did rectify my issue... We will definitely buy and be a long term customer and company that will offer their products to our customers as well... Excellent job Hector and earning my trust and business going forward...

I've lived in an apartment with window ACs in Palm Beach Florida for 13 years. I've had three different ones... Never reviewed anything before but this Della ultra quiet is amazing. No, bs it's really quiet and does a great job cooling my living room off. I really wish I had found it years ago. I used to have to turn my TV up and turn it back down and turn it back up as the other units used to Cycle, Wow I don't have to do that anymore. Can't say enough good things. Highly recommend
