The unit arrived, broken, missing parts and screws

I like the product and the installs was very easy. The directions were easy to follow. So far it’s been a great experience from ordering to install.

So far so good but not totally installed yet which is why only 4 stars. I accidentally ordered wrong length line sets and although Della doesn’t generally do exchanges they have decided to give me 2 options to help me out with my issue. Now changing my review to 5 stars.

Had units only two years and the freon is no longer allowed by the EPA, which I question as that information is put out long before it becomes law. I feel screwed that I had to buy an entire new mini split because of this and the fact the U joints were leaking freon at the coil so I question their quality as well. I would have give only 1 star if they didn't provide me a 50% discount on the new unit. Hope this unit lasts longer than two years!!! I noticed they posted a response. As usual they BLAME the installer and not their manufacturing issues. The U Joints are attached the coil inside the unit, my HVAC guy had absolutely nothing to do with them leaking where they were soldered to the coil.

We received our dual zone mini-split quickly and in perfect shape. We had a few questions about our unit and customer service was extremely helpful. Della offers a great product at a great price.
