Unit only worked for less than a day and then it put up an E6 code and I was told it would be 3 to 5 days before parts would be shipped out

The product was advertised well on many platforms. The quality of all the ac stuff was top notched and packaged well. The website was clear and understandable. You can’t go wrong with this company!

Good technical support. High quality product and high quality rental tools. The process of returning the rental tools was easy. Areas for improvement: I tried to rent a DIY set for one week. I talked with an agent about the availability. The agent said that plenty of on-week sets were available. However, this was not indicated on the site when I made the order. there was some difference between what the support agent told me and what I was able to order. As a result, I had to rent the two week set. This cost me an additional $50. One other area for improvement is that the instruction video did not exactly match the rental tools. This was a critical step. I had to use my own knowledge about mechanics and HVAC to figure out how to use them.

I can't say enough great things about Della and their incredible customer service. From start to finish, the team went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. They helped me in multiple ways, patiently worked through some unexpected technical difficulties, and never made me feel like I was just another customer. I sincerely appreciate all of their help andI look forward to working with Della again in the future. Highly recommend!

The installation manuals could use some work. The torque specifications are accurate in some places and not in others. But the email support is very responsive and helpful.

Overall, we are very happy with our purchase and the system works really well. In fact, we would absolutely install it again and are already planning to buy another one. However, if you are planning to install this yourself, there are a few important details you need to know before you get started. Installation and Hardware Details The Compressor Stand: Be aware that the compressor stand is not universal. Make sure you double-check and pay close attention to your specific compressor dimensions before purchase one of the two available. The 30-Amp Quick Disconnect: The disconnect box on the website does not come with the required fuse. To make matters worse, the specific fuse it requires is incredibly difficult to find. We were never able to source one locally, so we ended up buying our own separate disconnect box. The one from Della is unfortunately useless to us now. The Rental Kit and Instructions Vacuum Pump and Oil: The rental kit was decent, but it could be improved. The vacuum pump oil had spilled all over the inside of the kit during transit. Luckily, there was just enough oil left to run the pump, but it made a mess. Outdated Documentation: The instructions for operating the vacuum pump had changed, but the printed documents included in the kit did not reflect these updates. We had to call customer service to have the updated instructions emailed to us. Customer Service and Technical Support Excellent Support: This is where Della really shines. The customer service and technical help are both top-notch. When we called about the pump instructions, they were incredibly helpful and got us the information we needed right away. Final Verdict All in all, the minor installation hiccups were worth it because the system itself runs beautifully. Just be prepared to buy a separate disconnect fuse (or box) and double-check your dimensions, and you'll be good to go. We definitely recommend it!
