Customer service rep Nicole was fantastic, she turned a bad situation into a good one and was very easy to work with.

The ordering process was very easy. The unit arrived within a few days and installation was easy with the rental install kit. The unit we bought was for a bedroom and works great for bringing both the temperature and humidity down to a comfortable level. I also really like the ability to start and stop the unit on a schedule. I will be buying another, bigger unit for another section of our house.

There was an issue with the one mini-split unit they got right on it and solved the issue. It was handled very professionally, and everyone was very nice to deal with. Thank you

Just received my order today July 17th after placing order on June 28th.Della was out of shorter freon lines which will force us to hire an HVAC tech to cut and flare lines! It will be a couple of months before they're installed (new construction)so I will update my review after they're installed and operational

The installation went smoothly for the most part. The only problem was I set the toque wrench at the specific settling, over tightened every fitting. I called support to ask what I did wrong and the only thing they offered was maybe just use the lowest setting. After remaking all the flairs I tightened the flair fittings a little below the specified settings. Pulled a vacuum and everything held. Opened valves on condenser, fired it up, works great, love the unit.

Della is not an honest merchant. My contractor installed a multi zone 24000 BTU Minisplit AC. We had trouble from the very beginning. No one could get the second register to work. Not the contractor, not even an HVAC repair company I hired in desperation. I contacted Della Customer Support (Ruby) and I was informed that my contractor failed to register the unit in the first 100 days of the purchase and they would provide no support unless I could show them the original purchase agreement. Really, ever work with a builder in the USA! Stay away from these people they are crooks peddling cheap overseas electronics. If it works after installation bully for you; when it quits you are really on your own. Spend a bit more and get better product and work with more honest professionals. This company will leave you all hot and bothered and not in a good way.

Great product so far. Had a small issue that was quickly resolved. Was actually able to speak with a person who resolved the issue in a timely manner. The product itself works great and the install kit rental is a game changer. Great value for your money compared to the competition.
