I have been with Defy Medical for 2 years and I love it. I always pay to receive my phone consult from Dr. Saya. He has been great throughout this entire time. He always takes his time with me, listens to me, answers all my doubts, we work together as a team which is rare to find now a day, and he doesn't pressures me to buy their products. On the contrary, he gives me suggestions to buy from other sources. My health and mood have greatly improved ever since I made the switch to them and I always recommend them to my friends and family members. Their customer service is great and they fix issues quickly. You will not regret the decision if you chose them.

I just had a follow up for my HRT treatment with Dr. Saya a couple of weeks ago. Everything went super well and there was no bad surprises as one usually gets from their regular doctors. Dr. Saya listens to your problems and come up with solutions or at the very least, a very good/reasonable plan to address those problems. I feel very fortunate to have him as my provider and even wished that he could specialize in other areas as well just so I could have my medical consultations with him. I hope that he continues to deliver this excellent service along with Defy Medical.

So far things are going well. I had to reschedule initially so my first appointment wasn't able to be via video despite communicating this desire and understanding this was how it was set up. Instead, it was done by phone. Looking forward to meeting my provider Beth, who was great, for my next visit using Video. I am feeling better and looking forward to getting my new lab results.
