Beth was attentive and thorough. She explained things well to me and I felt I was meeting with someone well-versed in her field. I did see inconsistencies with those that we place our orders with. There are three of us(friends) currently working with Defy and we each had completely different experiences with the ordering. The person I had was Liz and while she was nice, I didn't find her to be very informative or knowledgeable. Sara helped my other friend and she was phenomenal. She explained, she followed up with a detailed email and also provided pdf's and videos on what the NP and patient discussed. We are all using and referring to Sara's email because we didn't get any of that from our front person contact. Also, Kayla was incredibly helpful and kind. When you are going through this and feel so unlike yourself, I can't tell you how much it means to have someone on the other end of the phone who is understanding and helpful. Missy was extremely communicative with me and intervened on a situation that I was quite confused about. She and Kayla were godsends! I would just say to make sure all staff that interact with us patients have same knowledge base on how the ordering works and length of time to receive things, how long it takes to get to pharmacy, etc. Also, to send those videos and pdf's like Sara did - extremely helpful. I am so glad I found Defy and can't wait to feel better than what I have in years.
