It was a lovely experience consulting…
It was a lovely experience consulting with Janel yesterday regarding my new treatment plan. She was organized, informative, friendly and kind, and I feel like we covered every area of concern. Janel never rushed me and gave me plenty of time to ask questions. I am looking forward to getting started and have ordered my medications today. Thank you Janel, and all the others that have assisted me at Defy!

Mike, PA is the best
Mike talks to me like I’m his only patient he has and a person. When you go through insurance and speak to other providers it’s just a get you in and get you out asap. This is not the case with Mike. He takes the time to listen to my questions and answer them fully before moving on. 10/10 recommend.
