Ben is very personable and listens to the needs of the patient, which in this case is me. He understood the issues I was dealing with and made great suggestions accordingly. He also has personal experience with most of the things he recommends which is indispensable when it comes to these things. Ben truly has changed my life for the better. I am stronger then ever, I feel better than ever, and I also put on a ton of muscle with his help as an added bonus. Would DEFINITELY recommend
