I feel that there was not enough information about the products and there was not a lot of knowledge about the different options. I asked some questions about a lot of things, and didn’t receive the best answers. I was given basically 2 options for treatment…injections or cream. I thought there may had been other options other than that. I would like to speak to another person if possible. I was told to speak with Jill or Janelle.
