Mike Linkous is my provider and I absolutely love his knowledge! He's friendly, direct and provides options available without being pushy. My whole experience has been fabulous so far, from my first interaction with the receptionist to my last phone call with the medical assistant to help me process my order. I literally feel like Defy has been that missing puzzle piece in my life! I'm so thankful and blessed to have Mike as my Doc.

Janel, my nurse practitioner, is literally the best provider I have had the pleasure of working with. She has holistic tendencies, is very thorough, and is not* quick to prescribe meds. I look forward to our consults and she is always a great listener when helping me work through health problems. Would highly recommend her and the Defy medical team to anyone looking for great results and even better patient care.

I’ve been working with a local doctor for a year and I’m still not feeling good and I’m not in optimal range and he wasn’t willing to increase doses. Having a doctor that knows all the intricacies of female hormones and offers the things I’ve been asking my old doctor for without being promoted is so refreshing!
