I didn’t really like janelle. I felt rushed and I had paid en extra 250 for additional labs and it seemed as if she was in a rush to blow the ast the results. I also didn’t think she had good advice and her follow up was very poor

I have been with Defy since 2014 and right from the start I was impressed with Jill. She knows more about Male TRT than most endocrinologists. I know Jill really cares about me and my health. I am not just a number or just lab values to her. Jill and I have formulated a plan and my life has improved tremendously. She always does her research into my chart and sometimes tells me things we have discussed in the past but I have forgotten. I like that she always has my six. Due to Jill and Dr. Saya I feel my hormone levels are optimized and my life and health have improved because of it. I will always stay with Defy, Jill, and Dr. Saya. I personally feel Defy is the leader in TRT because of providers like Jill. I just had my recent consultation and she always takes however much time is needed for our consultation. Defy is lucky to have her!!!!

I believe it is Jill I've had the phone appointments with. She's always upbeat and easy to talk to. My consult never feels "clinical" and always leaves me confident in Defy's program. I have been with Defy since the beginning of my journey with supplemental meds and probably will never change providers.

Thorough and what is great is the options to cover my concerns. Timelines and considerations allows me to make informed decisions.

Ben and I get along great and it’s easy to have an open conversation about symptoms before getting on a protocol. I’ll definitely be sticking with him throughout my trt journey

I had a lab follow-up and med review with Jill. She was very professional and did a great job reviewing my labs. She spent time explaining certain things and left feeling confident in my treatment plan. Getting someone to take the time and make you feel like you matter as a patient is hard. I highly recommend Defy.
